Testing you can see, for confidence you can trust.
After 100 washes, the test sample still showed good antibacterial performance: Staphylococcus aureus inhibition 92%, Escherichia coli 86%, Candida albicans 82%, Klebsiella pneumoniae 86%.
Testing of the relevant fiber sample showed a far-infrared emissivity of 0.76 and a far-infrared radiation temperature rise of 2.3°C. This data can serve as one indicator of the material's comfort experience.
The LGQ Chongan High-protein soyfiber sample has a bio-based carbon content of 25%, indicating that a proportion of the carbon in the sample comes from bio-based feedstock.
A soy-fiber wadding fill sample was tested with a negative-ion generation of 594 ions/cm³. This data can serve as a material-function indicator related to a fresh, comfortable experience.
The CAPF26 yellow fiber sample, tested under controlled composting conditions, had a 90-day biodegradation rate of 62.1% and a relative biodegradation rate of 77.1%.
Relevant records show that undyed and bleached soy-protein / protein-modified PVA fiber has been awarded OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 Class I certification, with the product grade covering baby and infant goods under Annex 6.
A finished underwear sample made of fabric containing soybean fiber was tested with UPF > 50 and an average T(UVA) of 0.05%.
A soy-fiber wadding sample was tested under REACH SVHC; none of the 201 substances of very high concern were detected above the 0.1% limit.
